We process personal data for the following reasons.
We only process your personal data when we are allowed to do so and for the purposes we have described below.

If you want to contact us or have already contacted us, for example by e-mail or chat, we will process your contact details to contact you. In addition, we keep the data for another seven (7) years to be able to offer you additional services or check conversations that have already taken place. This is in both your and our interest.

IP address
We process your IP address because of our legitimate interest in carrying out marketing activities. We process this for a maximum of two (2) years.

We are happy to send you a newsletter because you are one of our customers or because you have registered for it yourself. We sometimes use your name, email address and IP address for our legitimate marketing interests, to be able to reach you again by means of email or social media and to show you a slightly more personal message or to simply understand how you use our website and services.
